2004 (The Birth)

Premium Caviar was founded in 2002 as an exclusive joint venture between Caspian region producers and Italian importers. Our producers use a closed-loop system in artesian waters, making the fish growing and production process eco-friendly, sustainable, and low-impact.
2014 (The Evolution)
The technology used was designed in the early 1990s in Astrakhan, the capital of black caviar production. Since then it has evolved to keep pace with the times and a new methodology.
The team is made up of professionals with 40 years of experience in caviar production.
2024 (Market Leader)

Our experts constantly monitor the feed and living conditions of the fish. NO genetically modified products are used during farming. The feed manufacturers are reliable, with the best quality control available and a long history of producing sturgeon feed. This ensures that the fish are treated as they would have lived under natural conditions.
The pools are kept at carefully controlled temperatures using unique technology, allowing for the production of fresh caviar year-round. Our Caviar House has complete control over the caviar maturation process, resulting in caviar that delights even the most discerning connoisseurs.
