Subtle golden hues enhance the appearance of this cuvée, giving it brightness and elegance.  The aromas are gradually released with notes of white peaches and freshly picked grapes. The yellow fruit flavors gradually blend with those of bitter orange, producing a well-balanced wine with remarkable breadth that finishes on notes of lemon.

INSPIRATION:

Ideal as an aperitif accompanied by buttered blinis and black caviar. With avocado and salmon tapas for a business lunch.

With blue cheeses or highly matured Parmesan during an evening with friends.
